On this day you will have the morning at leisure and in the afternoon you will be picked for the tour, during this tour you will walk through the various narrow streets shaded by many historic churches and buildings. The Three Cities is a collective description of the three fortified cities of Cospicua being the largest, Vittoriosa and Senglea. During the tour you will drive past Cospicua, a double fortified harbor city, and then to Vittoriosa which has developed a very long history with maritime, mercantile and military activities. The third city Senglea is also called Civitas Invicta because it managed to resist the Ottoman invasion at the Great Siege of 1565. The name Senglea was given by the grandmaster who built it, Claude De La Sengle. The island on which Senglea lies was joined by a land bridge to Cospicua during the time of the Knights of St. John and as a result, it became peninsular in shape.

From Sengle you will drive on to the Marsovin Cellars in Marsa for the wine tasting tour which commences with a historical introduction amongst original artefacts, followed by the process of how the locally grown grapes are pressed, fermented and eventually transformed into wine. A walk through the 400-year-old 'Ageing Cellars' is an authentic and true piece of Maltese heritage. The wine sampling is held in the Marsovin wine bar, where trained staff guides guests through a wine tasting session to sample different Marsovin wines accompanied by a selection of local savories like Maltese bread and cheese.

Today you have the entire day at leisure to enjoy the amenities that the hotel has to offer and the beautiful scenery of Malta, you can also choose to participate in outdoor activities like biking, paragliding, hiking or taking walks.

During this tour you will visit The National Shrine of the Blessed Virgin of Ta' Pinu which is a Roman Catholic basilica and national shrine located 700 metres from the village of Gharb. The basilica is located on the edge of a cliff in an open countryside which allows visitors to enjoy beautiful views of the area. We will then visit Dwejra Bay, and proceed to visit the Crafts Centre; here you will see stone works, marble, traditional food, local lace and much more. This is the perfect place where you can buy a souvenir which will remind you of Gozo.

Our visit will then take us to Victoria, the capital of Gozo. At the Centre of Victoria lies The Cittadella, also referred to as the Citadela, a historic fortified city with an old prison located within the city, as are the Courts of Justice. We will proceed to a local restaurant for lunch in Rabat after which we will drive to Mgarr Port via Qala Belvedere to enjoy the breathtaking scenes as we enjoy the evening away and later take the ferry crossing back to Malta and will be dropped-off at your hotel.

A Malta Temples Tour is a must for anyone who travels to this beautiful Mediterranean island. Malta and Gozo are home to seven megalithic temples, all of which are designated as world heritage sites by UNESCO. These megalithic temples date back 5500 years ago and are the oldest free-standing stone structures in the world, even older than the Stonehenge and the Pyramids.

So today after breakfast, we will start our tour with a visit to Ghar Dalam, the prehistoric site was discovered in the latter half of the 19th Century with a series of excavations unearthing animal bones as well as human remains and artifacts. It was here that the earliest evidence of human settlement on Malta, some 7,400 years ago, was discovered. We will then visit Hagar Qim & Mnajdra Temples. The megalithic complex of Hagar Qim is located at the top of a hill on the southern edge of the Island, on a ridge capped in soft globigerina limestone. 500 metres from Hagar Qim stands the Mnajdra megalithic temple.
