Gift Vouchers

• These terms and conditions shall govern Kendirita Tours and Travel Ltd Gift Voucher Program.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
• Gift vouchers are transferrable.
• The Gift voucher may only be redeemed by contacting us via email, phone, through the website or walking into our offices.
• Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in the currency of issue or upon agreement on the conversion rate.
• Gift vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
• A gift voucher is VOID if altered or obtained fraudulently.
• A gift voucher is only issued once payment is completed.
• Kendirita Tours and Travel Limited reserves the right at any time to change the terms of the program or contract with another third party to administer gift voucher program.
• A Kendirita Tours and Travel gift voucher may not be resold by any unlicensed vendor; unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation of the gift voucher without compensation.
• Any unused gift voucher balances will be credited as a credit note that can be used later. If the ticket price is less than the value of the gift voucher, the balance will remain on the card subject to validity until it is decreased to zero, at which time the voucher will be deactivated.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the voucher issue date and the validity of the gift vouchers cannot be extended.
• Gift vouchers can be used to redeem any of the services that we offer.
• A gift voucher will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, cheque or credit.
• A gift voucher that has been redeemed for travel is not refundable.

Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, these terms & conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract and these terms & conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan Courts.
