This safari is great for wildlife and nature lovers who also appreciate sustainable tourism. It is a 3 days/2 nights flying safari that begins and ends in Nairobi and suitable for individuals, couples, families and groups.
Ol Pejeta is the largest black rhino sanctuary in east Africa, and home to two of the world’s last remaining northern white rhino. It is the only place in Kenya to see chimpanzees, in a Sanctuary established to rehabilitate animals rescued from the black market. It has some of the highest predator densities in Kenya, and still manages a very successful livestock programme. Ol Pejeta also seeks to support the people living around its borders, to ensure wildlife conservation translates to better education, healthcare and infrastructure for the next generation of wildlife guardians.
You will be picked by our representative and be transferred to Wilson Airport for your scheduled morning flight to Nanyuki; the flight is approximately 40 minutes.
Upon arrival at the airstrip‚ you will be met by our driver guidethen you drive on to the Ol Pejeta wildlife sanctuary and proceed to the lodge for checkin and .
After lunch you will depart for a late afternoon game drive. who will take you for a short game drive as you drive to the camp. You are expected to arrive at the camp in good time for check in then lunch and immediately proceed for an afternoon game drive within the conservancy.
DINNER AND OVERNIGHT AT THE LODGE
On this day, you will take an early morning game drive and return to the lodge for breakfast. You have the rest of the day to enjoy activities offered at the lodge that include game walks accompanied by resident naturalist and other activities.
Later after dinner you will take a night game drive and be back to the lodge in good time to have the rest of the evening at leisure.
DINNER AND OVERNIGHT AT THE LODGE
Today you will enjoy a final early morning game drive. Return back to the camp for breakfast‚ after which you will embark on your tour van for your ride to the air strip for your return flight to Nairobi's Wilson Airport.
On arrival you will be met by our representative who will transfer you to the international airport for your flight back home or be transferred to your hotel.
